1125@Carleton – Carleton University
1125@Carleton is an experimental, collaborative space for problem solving. Many labs focus on one set of problems – for example, a sole focus on incubating new technology or on solving social challenges – but 1125@Carleton is open to exploring any new idea that will contribute to building sustainable communities. This could involve the development of new products or services, or addressing social irritants or complex “wicked” problems.
1125@Carleton helps connect Carleton University’s campus, including researchers and students, with communities, local and global, to collaboratively develop viable and scalable solutions. The Lab’s strengths are its people, its networks, its approach and its experience. We are constantly in learning mode, collaborative and willing to take the initiative to share our expertise and learn from others.
